They Don't answer the phone, Don't call you back and make promises they don't keep, Don't trust anything George Arapian says. He even lies to Kia Corporate who agreed that they ( Dealer) caused damage. Kia Corporate tried to contact and communicate with George for several weeks, and he played hide an seek with them, and refused to call them back, and when they reach him he keeps stalling and never gets back to them, in an effort to aggravate-hoping you and they go away!
George even told me he would take care of it after he viewed the damage for himself and would call me the next day but never did and doesn't reply, A simple warranty repair has turned into a $1400 of damage to the trunk and paint. Its been going on for almost 6 months now -You buy a new care to get rid of problems but Kia of Huntington just gives you more problems!! The General Manager Marina Letsios also ignores calls and doesn't accept direct calls - Really-!!
My car went in for a simple warranty repair of the Spoiler and they ruined the paint and dinged the trunk, and the spoiler is worse then before and only made it worse on an two attempts to fix due to incompetence- STAY AWAY!!

We are truly sorry about the way you feel and about your unpleasant experience. While we make every effort to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we do want to clarify some of your statements and are more than happy to discuss any concerns further. The following are the facts as we know them: 1. You purchased the vehicle from us on October 31, 2021. 2. You came to us about a concern with the spoiler on the vehicle (this was a factory installed item). We opened up a warranty repair with your concern and had the spoiler repainted for you (under manufacturer's warranty). 3. You were unhappy with the workmanship and we had it redone a second time at our cost. 4. After the second repair, you were still unhappy and we got the manufacturer involved. 5. Kia Corporate inspected the vehicle and came to the conclusion that it is within the manufacturer's specs which means that they will be doing no further repairs on that item at this point. 6. We have made every attempt to make you happy but you then wanted us to give you cash so you could do the repair yourself. 7. Unfortunately that is not something we can do and that led to your review. 8. While it is your right to give your opinion in your review, I find it a little disheartening that you are tagging a sales person whom you never met or did any business with because their last name is the same as the General Manager.

Where did you get your information? or do you just make it up. I have complete record of all events dates, emails etc. along with photos of each bungled attempt to repair showing how on each of the two attempts to repair you caused even more damage to my car - paint drips, paint over spray, paint globs, paint bubbles, rough surfaces that any novice would agree was due to incompetence ( AGAIN on two occasions more damage was caused by your dealership, on each attempt for the same repair ) Kia corporate never inspected the vehicle, but they did have the photos along with the body shop quote to repair the damage you caused. They also agreed that the work done to my car DOES NOT meet manufacturer specs, and has caused damage to my car- you also were sent the BODY SHOP ESTIMATE for the cost of damage ( if it met specs as you stated in your lie, then how can they come up with an almost $1400 estimate on a new car?) . George ARAPIAN, your General Sales Manager saw the damage personally, and stated he would take care of it and call me back with a resolution. He never did and never offered any type or repair, even though he said he was going to get a refund from his body shop due to to the damage. After he saw the damage and the repair quote ( almost $1400) from a reputable local body shop, GEORGE stopped taking both kia corporate calls as well as my calls( which from day one he never took), and would NOT return messages or emails left for him.
SO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM TO FIX, but you continue to lie, ignore, and make up stories. It’s a shame that you treat your customers like this - If you are serious as about resolving this ( as you state above about 100% customer satisfaction) then contact me, but until then - Like I originally stated - be warned ……. STAY AWAY FROM KIA of HUNTINGTON.

So not only they dishonor the agreement, but also tried to keep the deposit money. They continued to avoid my phone calls, never called me back when I left a message. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Also what ridiculous dealership charges that high of credit card surcharges. This should be going up to corporate.

I am still having the same problem with this dealership 2 months after i submitted this review this dealership is still stealing money from me through this warranty that should have been canceled in October .Anthony Macca has lied to me several times and even said it takes 3 months to cancel a warranty which was a big lie the warranty company says it takes less than a week ,im sick of hearing lies from this man . I have contacted the New York State Attorney General concerning this matter ,also im contacting an attorney i am tired of playing games with you on this matter , you know how to cancel a warranty the bank paid you for that vehicle and that warranty i had 30 days to cancel it your dealership have not sent them a check back for what they paid for this warranty and is trying not to send the nearly 6000 back to the bank for a canceled warranty i know whats going on and it has been nearly 5 months ,Im going to post a rating every week worst than the one that i posted before. , I dont want to hear anymore lies from Mecca ,and if i wasnt in Texas i would come in and handle it . I hope my Ratings discourage customers from dealing with this digusting place.
