There are two words that come to mind when describing sales associate Anthony Moore. Patience and poise. As we navigate through these tumultuous times, new challenges have arose in the auto industry. Anthony successfully navigated through the challenges while maintaining a contagiously positive demeanor. This was no easy feat due to supply shortages that spread industry wide. At no point did I experience price gouging or sale manipulation. Anthony was professional, thorough and charismatic. Lincoln as a brand has stuck with the fundamentals which is focusing on the customer not the dealership or the bottom line. In light of this it is likely we will continue to buy Lincoln’s in the future if this experience continues though our journey in the new vehicle. I leave this word of advice for future car buyers. The industry is nothing like it was, so take everything you thought you knew about buying a car and throw it out the window because the entire car market is reinventing itself in light of the challenges sprung on by the Chinese virus. Do your homework and if you find a car you love don’t hesitate or it will probably get swept out from under you. Last note, be sure to tell them if you don’t want a license plate on the front bumper before it goes into PDI. Unfortunately, I’ll have to pay to fill the holes drilled into the front bumper. More

Stop the presses! These guys win the prize. Don Morgan is the best Lincoln salesman for the city of Houston. Professional, personable, figuring any way possible to meet our needs, I shopped internet over a 2 the best Lincoln salesman for the city of Houston. Professional, personable, figuring any way possible to meet our needs, I shopped internet over a 250 mile radius, and armed with all the research tools I could find. Planet Lincoln had the right combination of 2020 Aviators (used) with my desired equipment, low mileage and willing to take in my trade at a fair price. AND they had four 2020 Aviators, all with under 18,000 miles and Certified pre-owned as well. Don was patient when my wife took time to drive each, and answered our questions completely. When it came time to do the F&I gauntlet I was ready to do battle. George Adams personally did the deal, promptly and working to match the best financing I could find. All in all, this was the best transaction, with several choices for a car with very specific options, all ready to go, and with low mileage, and with a price that everyone could live with. I wish I had bought my other Lincoln here! (Service after the sale).... I ran back up to the dealership two days after the sale, and asked if anyone could help me retrieve my Rx sunglasses from the trade-in. George Adams dropped what he was doing, went to the detail shop, and the glasses had already been thrown out. But George persisted, and found the glasses, returning them with a smile! Great service, George! You are an inspiration going that extra mile, when there was no financial incentive, just a heartfelt thanks! More
