Recently took car for repair. Had noise coming from right rear while I was pressing the brake after pulling in service lane. She immediately said she heard it and told me possibility of the problem. Ask if I was staying or needed a ride home. I went home. Asked if I wanted coffee, water or donut . She texted me later of the problem found. I gave approval to do repairs, she also suggested that some could wait until oil change. I went for all. Got call later in the afternoon, that my vehicle was ready. Unfortunately I was out of town and picked it up the following day.
