Incredible experience from the very beginning. The entire team was awesome.. AJ recommended Geoef who taught us all about our options even though he no longer worked on the sales floor. Geoff brought Bob St team was awesome.. AJ recommended Geoef who taught us all about our options even though he no longer worked on the sales floor. Geoff brought Bob Strauss in who also was low keyed, knowledgable and great to work with. Verbie finished up the deal with all the paperwork with a smile. And then there is Wade-super knowledgeable with all the IT and incredibly patient with all the questions. Overall a great experience with everyone on the team we worked with. More

I've leased all my cars (all Lexus) and purchased one certified used from this dealership. LoB is always clean, the employees are very friendly, there are always cookies waiting in addition to other snac certified used from this dealership. LoB is always clean, the employees are very friendly, there are always cookies waiting in addition to other snacks and beverages. The bathrooms are always clean. I always enjoy working with Wade. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always learn something new about my car or Enform, or Lexus in general from Wade. I currently drive an RXL, which I love. I've leased an NX, two sedans (ES), and a few hybrids (CTh). I've loved them all. I've had the same experience with the Service department for my routine maintenance visits. More

Worst experience I could imagine Kevin Bell is the worst, most unprofessional salesperson I have ever encountered. He lied multiple times to me just because he did not know the answe Kevin Bell is the worst, most unprofessional salesperson I have ever encountered. He lied multiple times to me just because he did not know the answer so made up an answer which was always wrong. He failed to honor the terms of the contract to the point where I had to deal with other people in the dealership just to get the money I was owed. He also completely refused to answer my voicemails, emails, and calls for months. He still hasn't responded to multiple emails I sent. All of which were simply asking for the refunds that were contracted for. The dealership as a whole is poorly run with zero customer loyalty. All I can say is stay clear of this place if you care at all about customer loyalty, honoring the terms of your agreement, and general knowledge about the sale. All they care about is making the sale and then couldn't care less about you or what they may owe you. Also, special disclaimer to anyone going here from Illinois. Do not go. It will take several months to register your vehicle and you won't be able to legally drive it during this time. The dealership will fail to mention that fact as well. More
