I came to see a preowned CTS with really just the intention of seeing if was a fit for me as I had driven an ATS earlier in the week at another dealership and that model was not. We took the car out and I found that I did like it. Upon returning Geoff Kelly introduced himself to me and I began to feel I was at the right place. Uzma and I sat down and began discussing price. I came in with a free and clear title trade vehicle and a pre approved amount from my bank. My firm intent was that if I was going to buy there would be no checks written that day. Simply title and key exchange. With a little time and open and honest negotiating we reached that place. A big thanks to Uzma and Allen Hartz, General Sales Manager!!! The paperwork was drawn up and the deal was sealed when I realized I did't have my title with me. I had to return home to retrieve it . Finally upon returning I met Glenn Davis and we went through all the necessary signing of paperwork. Glenn went through everything thoroughly with me and more important....openly and honestly. I was there the better part of the day mainly due to not having my title along. Geoff Kelly, the owner of the dealership, stayed involved and engaging the whole time. My husband and I arrived at closing time, and still Uzma took the time to show us the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We returned the next morning for a test drive and I knew this was the car I was going to purchase. My husband questioned some chatter in the brakes, and Geoff Kelly was quick to respond and have the Jeep serviced to make sure all was well. As we waited for the finances to be determined, Uzma and I discovered we had friends in common and we enjoyed chatting about our children. Even thought I purchased a Jeep at Kelly Cadillac, Uzma made sure I was comfortable with the features of the Jeep before driving away. 1st class - car buying experience. More

Her main goal was to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and our deal. She took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and provided contact information for any questions I had after leaving. Glenn Davis in financing was also terrific. He explained all the forms thoroughly but in a way that was easily understood. Geoff Kelly stopped in to welcome me to the dealership and provided the history of the vehicle I was interested in. He made sure to visit with me at the end of my visit and was very personable. I plan to be a customer for life! More
