Please ignore my January 13 review below. Malouf Chevrolet responded and fixed the situation. I did receive a refund check for the amount mistakenly charged. other than that frustration, the Malouf Chevrolet responded and fixed the situation. I did receive a refund check for the amount mistakenly charged. other than that frustration, the rest of our experience was more than positive. We love the car, Gene was great to deal with and Malouf sales and customer service were very good. I will chalk it all up to a miscommunication issue and give them another chance to have my business in the future. More

Buyer Beware! Don’t shop here. This dealership swindled us out of $600+. We made our deal, told our doen payment covered everything and there was no more money due Don’t shop here. This dealership swindled us out of $600+. We made our deal, told our doen payment covered everything and there was no more money due! Waited for the car to come on, went to pick it up in the evening. When we were sent in to the “finance guy” he demanded another $600+ for 1st payment, taxes & fees. I told him we had agreed to the larger down payment to cover that, he said we were wrong and would have to talk to the salesman to straighten it out. Not surprisingly, he was no where to be found despite the fact that we had made the appointment to pick it up and he had been there 10 minutes before that. It was late and we needed the car to get home, so I wrote the check. Additionally, he could not apply our “reward points” because if the time of day, so that cost us another $400 which he assured us would be credited to future service after we clear it up with Chevrolet! Called salesman next day and he said he would look into it. No response for weeks. Went into dealership snd asked him again, he again said he would look into it. Ghosting us since. No response whatsoever. Also, Chevrolet said there was absolutely no reason for them to not applyour rewards, but there was nothing they could do after the fact. We were ripped off by a planned scam to be sure!! Do not shop at Malouf!! More
