My complimentry pick up and delvery experience was amazing! They were on time and completed the service quickly. They even took a video of my vehicle to show me the status and explain what needed to b amazing! They were on time and completed the service quickly. Service was fine. They fixed what needed to be fixed, but the communication was TERRIBLE. They picked my car up for service via their valet system on Friday. The service technician called me once my car was received and stated that they were uncertain how long it would take to service the vehicle and that it might take until Saturday. He assured me he would call back before the end of business on Friday with an update. Didn’t hear anything from them on Friday. Called the dealership on Saturday for an update. No one was able to speak with me right then but I was assured that someone would call me back. No one called me back on Saturday. On Sunday I called and left a voicemail requesting someone call me as soon as possible on Monday. On Monday I finally received a text that included a service video. The video was dated from Friday afternoon! Then someone finally called to tell me my vehicle was done and we arraigned valet service back to my home. I received a text letting me know they would notify me when the vehicle was on its way. And that was the last thing I heard from them. 4 hours later imagine my shock that I find my car sitting in my driveway, unlocked with the keys visible in the council! Who knows how long it had been sitting there, ripe for stealing! No one knocked on my door or called or texted as promised. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager. They assured me someone would call me back ASAP on Monday afternoon. Now it is Wednesday and I have yet to hear from them. Never bringing my vehicle back to Morris’s Ford Buffalo. More

I bought a tunnel cover through Ford using my points and $1200.00. That was way over priced. I found out later I could have bought same one at a topper place for only $800.00. I should have done my research before I bought it from Ford. Right after it was put on I showed the guy that put it on that the seal was coming off. He just shrugged and said it would be fine. Then it fell off & got caught between the tail gate & tunnel cover & my tail gate would not shut. So then I showed the service writter it fell off & he said he had to order part through Ford. 3 weeks later I called to get status. He said opps, I forgot to order it and need to take pictures of it for warranty work. So I brought my truck in for him to take pictures. Then he had to go to Ford for approval on warranty work. Called after a week & he said still waiting for approval from ford. More

Well-oiled machine. Lots going on with a lot of people involved in selling a car to us. To the point of being overwhelming for older generation who experienced much simp Lots going on with a lot of people involved in selling a car to us. To the point of being overwhelming for older generation who experienced much simpler car buying. That said, we got the exact vehicle my wife had dreamed of. Trade-in fell in line with my expectations. Drove the vehicle out of the lot at a lesser overall cost than I expected. The salesman Jim, was a fine guy. Very likeable and helpful. Everybody, top to bottom, really puts in a great effort to explain all the complexities of the finance options and warranty. Bob in finance is a hoot. More
