Terrible Experience – Deceptive Sales & Verbal Assault I would strongly advise against doing business with Weston Nissan Volvo. After we canceled our purchase within 24 hours due to deceptive s Assault I would strongly advise against doing business with Weston Nissan Volvo. After we canceled our purchase within 24 hours due to deceptive sales practices, Gene Ferrugio verbally assaulted my wife when we requested a refund. The dealership refused to return our money, even after multiple attempts. We had to call the police, and shockingly, management (Mr. Castano) left the building, leaving his staff to berate us further. They stole our money, and we are now taking legal action. Avoid this dealership at all costs – they are unprofessional, dishonest, and have no respect for their customers. More

I was ready to buy a car here and finalize the deal. When I asked to talk to a manager to discuss some points on the sale. Sales manager was rude and hostile. Manager never would call me back about my issue. I was sold a car with an unhealthy battery and was just trying to have them fix their wrong. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Very unprofessional expe I was sold a car with an unhealthy battery and was just trying to have them fix their wrong. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Very unprofessional experience with this issue. I won’t be dealing with Nissan ever again cause of this. A battery should last 3 to 5 years if healthy. Every car I’ve ever owned has lasted 2 plus years before replacing a battery. They say it was out of warranty. But if it was a healthy new battery I shouldn’t be having to replace it 7 months later after buying the car. If it was cause of it losing power it could have been charged but no. I have to replace the whole thing meaning it was a bad battery when it was sold to me. I was literally about to turn in the car 2 weeks before this issue for a lease on a new vehicle and they didn’t tell me the battery was bad then when they did an appraisal. I will never want to go back to experience this kind of treatment. Rather then replace the battery on them the first time for it being a bad battery in a car sale,they rather just lose out on business entirely. It is what is is I guess. Their loss. Manager name was Gene Ferrugio. Also other manager wouldn’t be professional enough to give a call back or want to deal with a issue. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
