I recently Purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from Grace Auto Group..Great looking SUV. Good Price! Jordan Lundy was our Sales Rep!, and worked us a Good Deal! But after a Few weeks of Driving, Vehicle develope Group..Great looking SUV. Good Price! Jordan Lundy was our Sales Rep!, and worked us a Good Deal! But after a Few weeks of Driving, Vehicle developed a few problems, I contacted Bill Holzbaur..Service Dept. who took the Vehicle in right away and corrected the problems. Big Thank You to Bill and his crew! And Finally a Big Thank You to Gene Dranikov, who followed up with us to make sure that we were Satisfied with with the Vehicle and the Repairs.
