I've purchased many vehicles in my adult life, but this was the first time it was actually enjoyable. Alan made the experience top-notch from start to finish. From our first conversation, he told me he works for me, which, as a woman, made me feel comfortable right away. He assured me he'd fight for what I wanted, and I truly appreciated that. Alan was respectful, upfront, and honest throughout the whole process. I mentioned to him that I didn't want to spend too much time at the dealership since I had a busy weekend. I told him what vehicle I was interested in before my appointment, and he had it ready and waiting for a test drive when I arrived.
