Terrible place! Had a financing debacle because of the misinformation (lies!) we were told. Communication from TJ in Finance, Payam in Sales, and Gay in Customer Relations was pretty much non-existent. W misinformation (lies!) we were told. Communication from TJ in Finance, Payam in Sales, and Gay in Customer Relations was pretty much non-existent. We called numerous times to get information to no avail. I will not buy here again, and I recommend everyone be cautious if making a purchase being financed. Horrible experience!!! More

EV buyer stay away from this car dealership. Especially Michael Rodriguez. You actually don't get your incentive since they charge you for it in your total cost of your vehicle($4500, is ours from IRS, NOT Michael Rodriguez. This dealership took advantage of us, while we were trading in our car with our newborn son. We didn't catch it until the day after it was too late to return the car. Also, finance guy was a liar, he tried to upsell for the warranty package deal. Which we actually purchase good thing we had 30 days to cancel it. I asked him if we purchased it that it would cover our battery on the Prius prime. He said yes, which afterwards I looked up the manual, states in there that the battery is covered for 10 years warranty. Another messed up thing is when I call to cancel the plan, I did not get a refund straight onto our loan. I did receive a check in the mail. Which I had to take the check to pay off part of the loan. Which I ended up having to pay interest rate on it. Stay away from them. Gay reached out to us and said, Michael shouldn't have done that. Then I never hear from her again. Shady! Our first service to them is awful to, they wrecked our car! Just stay away from this dealership. More

Charles Thrash is a gem of a man. If everything else (getting my check timely) was handled as smoothly as my dealing with Charles, I would have given 5 stars. Eric always returned my calls, which is not something always done at dealerships. Gay Otey ultimately saved the day for me when I spoke her on the 12th day. Once she got in the loop I had my check the same day. She was wonderful. It should not, however, have taken 12 days and five calls to get to that point. Thank you. More

Power train warranty refused without proof Brought my vehicle in to get diagnosed and repaired at Findlay Toyota after a break down. Still under powertrain warranty at under 5 years old and aro Brought my vehicle in to get diagnosed and repaired at Findlay Toyota after a break down. Still under powertrain warranty at under 5 years old and around 40,000 miles on the odometer. However immediately upon visual inspection they said because there was a flex fuel kit for E85 in the vehicle my warranty was voided. This is without them actually diagnosing the problem therefore making it impossible to identify the actual cause of the break which is legally required by the Magnuson-Moss Act they don't seem to care about. They haven't opened it up but suspect a spun rod bearing based on the symptoms and say it requires around $5,000 for a short block replacement. Spun rod bearings are a common complaint online for these vehicles even on low mile stock vehicles with zero modifications and so I believe my problem is absolutely unrelated to anything I have on the car or to anything else because I've followed my maintenance. This seems like a complete cop-out from Toyota and their service department to avoid any responsibility. I followed regular maintenance and had these modifications running on the car for 2 whole years without any problems when casually driving on the freeway I suddenly bogged out and ran rough. They couldn't do better than to jump to the accusation that it's the owners fault and offer no help. Supremely disappointed there were no other options or compromises offered to me. Terrible service towards someone who's purchased their vehicle thinking they made quality vehicles. I'll take my repairs somewhere else now where I feel more confidently they'll actually take the time to identify the problem and fix it for a fair price. This will be the last time I do business with Toyota as a whole because clearly they don't care about their customers so in the future my next vehicle purchases will be with another company and I'll absolutely share my experience so that friends and family never have to deal with the same shady practices of Toyota Findlay. More
