Had windshield replaced under recall among other things. So far the windshield hasn’t leaked so that’s a good thing. However, when I picked the car, the windshield had sealant residue in the form of hand So far the windshield hasn’t leaked so that’s a good thing. However, when I picked the car, the windshield had sealant residue in the form of handprints on the windshield. The drivers seat on the floor and adjusted as far back as it would, the center rearview mirror was adjusted facing the floor, the AC, and the radio were totally off. At a minimum the windshield should have been washed the seat and settings returned to close to what it was. I don’t expect it to be exactly, the way it was bright in but not the way it was when I picked it up. Thank you Jim Ramsden More

Gavin was not very professional. He acted as if he was doing you a favor and you were not that important to him. When I picked my truck up I asked if the windshield wipers were wor He acted as if he was doing you a favor and you were not that important to him. When I picked my truck up I asked if the windshield wipers were working he assured me that they tested them. When I got home I tried them myself and they didn't work. I returned the truck, they tested the windshield wipers said that they worked I asked once again did they test them with water. The answer was yes. When I went to pick the truck up this time, I took a bottle of water with me I wanted to make sure that they were working. Once again they were not working Gavin was gone. I left my truck with another person that said they would give Gavin the keys and let him know that the wipers were not working. When I called the next day Gavin didn't even know that the truck was there. This time they finally figured out what it was. It was a sensor. I had to make 3 extra trips in to pick the truck up. More
