For the most part I think the dealership is standard for this type of business. Your service department is all I have interacted with. And the issues I have dealt with are primarily those of the corporate e this type of business. Your service department is all I have interacted with. The one downside I have with your service is Devon one of your service people that greet you when you drive in. I have asked him to get information for me from corporate and he did not reply to my request and after a phone call to him Weeks Later he never replied to that either. Their employee on the phone quoted me a timeline and a price and when I got down there, the staff in the service center were not only rude, but condescending and it cost me five times more than I was quot price and when I got down there, the staff in the service center were not only rude, but condescending and it cost me five times more than I was quoted and I was also told there was no way that it would be done the same day as I was promised, and then lo and behold was told that they called in favors and got it done the same day, which was the other most important because of time sensitive issues median to get to and from the Children’s Hospital in Portland and a particular appointment that was possibly life changing if we had missed, so not that I’m not grateful that they got me my car and did their job but it’s been a long time that I was made to feel bad about expecting to be treated kindly and I feel like going above and beyond should be a companies norm.
