This entire experience was completely lacking in every way possible. Despite my efforts to involve management, it still fell apart. Poor attitudes. Large gaps in process. No care or concern for the overal way possible. Despite my efforts to involve management, it still fell apart. Poor attitudes. Large gaps in process. No care or concern for the overall experience. This is a poorly designed process, executed with the level of care you'd expect from a disgruntled janitor, and with absolutely zero follow through despite the customer trying their best to get management to take initiative. I can't begin to describe how basic the facts in front of the staff were. Any living breathing adult that can read and write should have been able to deliver excellence. But the staff was completely checked out. They had no care for the customer, the outcome, or the reputation of the business. As I told the one person who called to check in, if i was hired to manage this staff, the first thing I'd do is file requisitions with human resources as they displayed no capacity to achieve anything but the bare minimum of the repair. More
