Worst service dept experience ever. Seem to be a lack of communication within the dept. After a month of trying to get a 2 day repair completed I left without the repair completed. Sta Seem to be a lack of communication within the dept. After a month of trying to get a 2 day repair completed I left without the repair completed. Started the repair without having the part. Said they would order it and call me back. I now learn the part is on back order from another dealer. This is a warranty repair and I should have been treated differently. A 50 year ford customer that is very disappointed. More

I had multiple problems all computer related. I told them my auto running boards weren't working but only when everything else went crazy. They tried to tell me the motor was seized up and bracke I told them my auto running boards weren't working but only when everything else went crazy. They tried to tell me the motor was seized up and bracket was bad. I explained that was not true that I could make them work in manual mode. I denied the suggested repair and they work just fine now that computer was fixed. I still got charged hundreds of dollars for them checking out running boards. More

Took Truck in left for about 10 days, called for progress of diagnosis and everytime said we will call you tomorrow. Never called me so I would call at 5:50 pm daily and asked progress on the diagnosis. I w of diagnosis and everytime said we will call you tomorrow. I went and had my truck towed to another dealer ship and was repaired next day. xxxx poor communications on the service dept. I will be in the market for a new truck this summer and Landmark Ford will be my choice to support, and with a service dept open in the evening. If I owned your dealership I would fire the Service manager and Gavin. More

Gavin missed a promised call back with an ETA for fixing my truck. Normally, no big deal, except last year when I had the fasers replaced and some other work, it took 2-1/2 weeks to start and finish the rep my truck. Normally, no big deal, except last year when I had the fasers replaced and some other work, it took 2-1/2 weeks to start and finish the repairs. The ETA changed several times. Ben was the service tech handing the work last year. Ben only could say that dispatch had the final call. I surmised that mechanical talent was pulled off my repairs twice to work on other vehicles. I don’t know that but that’s what I thought. So, I was happy when, this time, Skyline finished my truck when promised. My faith in Skyline is restored. More
