I test-drove a vehicle at Walser, and everything was going well until I started hearing noises coming from the dashboard about halfway through the drive. I brought this to the salesperson’s attention, and they assured me they would look into it. I was later told that the issue was not Walser’s responsibility because it was a Toyota Tundra and that I would need to take it to a Toyota dealership. After taking it to Toyota, they discovered a significant amount of corn inside the blower fan assembly. Unfortunately, this was not covered under any warranty. I then returned to Walser to have the corn removed. While they did attempt to address the issue, I had to return a second time because the job had not been completed properly and corn was still left inside the system. What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism throughout the process. All the back-and-forth was already inconvenient, but the sarcastic attitudes and dismissive responses from employees made the situation that much worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Walser to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I expected better customer service, accountability, and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not what I received. More
