I was informed that it takes 3 to 5 days just to check the vehicle out before anything happens. If the service bays are backed up that far maybe they need to expand to accommodate the amount of service be the vehicle out before anything happens. If the service bays are backed up that far maybe they need to expand to accommodate the amount of service being done. If they can only service let’s say 40 vehicles a day then they probably shouldn’t take in any more. After the vehicle is in for service i feel commutation is a priority. I believe the customer should be aware of the progress of service every few days. More

Seguin Chevrolet handled my last visit without any issues. If I could give them a -10 I would. They sell lemons, my car has had camera problems since day 1 of owning it! I’ve taken it for repairs 3 times and still not resolved. I had a case with GM but the dealership only made 1 invoice for the repairs instead of 3 like it’s supposed to. They will scam you for real and have no remorse at all. Please people avoid dealerships like this, still waiting on my case to be resolved but 2024 Chevy Tahoe still developing other issues. If you decide to buy from them and take your car for repairs force them to give you an invoice every time, I didn’t push enough and now I’m stuck with a LEMON!!!
