I found my sales rep, Scott Hess, and his assistant, Edgar, to be friendly, nice, and efficient. They helped me to test drive and purchase the car I wanted in no time. About 10 days after purchasing Edgar, to be friendly, nice, and efficient. They helped me to test drive and purchase the car I wanted in no time. About 10 days after purchasing the car, a glitch occurred. The car wouldn't start due to a anti-theft sensor left on the car. Gary was great about addressing this issue immediately. He sent over this incredibly kind driver -- Brian -- who towed the car from my house to Manly. Within hours I got a call letting me know they had removed the sensor and that someone would be picking me up the next day to collect my car. All in all I give this dealership a 10! More

Bought a used card with codes (had a independent shop run a check on vehicle)that were not addressed .when I let them know he tells me that they do not check for codes unless the check engine light comes on a check on vehicle)that were not addressed .when I let them know he tells me that they do not check for codes unless the check engine light comes on .Something that takes 15 minutes too .Any ways they tell me they will add coolant and that would fix .Which is not the case .Then they tell me they will email me a 30 day extended warranty .Gary silva was the manager that made false promises and talked to me like we were in the streets very unprofessional.i can not say anything good about this guy (Gary silva)except that he is a snake.everyone else was just his puppet .I don’t even understand how a guy like that holds That position . Waited for hours only to find out the car wasn’t ready. Came back the next day and it took another hour. They have no regard for your time and act like they are doing you a favor. Noticed a couple of chips in the windshield the next day but they took ZERO responsibility. A few weeks later a sensor light came on - broken rim! Again no responsibility. What do they do on their supposed safety check??? Treat people horribly. After this review, Manly stepped up and replaced the windshield. I really appreciated them making things right. Might have just been a bad time/ situation. I’d return to manly. More
