It started when I met Scott Steinberg (General Manager) who gave me a warm greeting and showed me the different options I had as far as buying a 2014 or 2015 new vehicle. There was never any pressure or fancy sale pitches, just courteous and sensible guidance (within reach of my budget) to make up my own mind. At the very end of the process when I was all set to buy the car they show me the cost and it amounted to well over $13,000! Obviously a dealer will charge fees but to list a car at 8,300 and then charge and additional 60% of the sales price in fees is dishonest. the $5,000 in fees came from bogus charges such as nitrogen fees and a $1500 reconditioning fee. I will not go here ever again More
