He is supremely professional, treats us with the utmost respect - even when we ask crazy questions :D , and today, after checking us out, he literally lent a helping hand scraping our icy windows on our Pilot that was left overnight at the dealership due to weather concerns. A yardstick i use to measure a company’s mettle is how the company treats you after a vehicle is sold: the part department, service and collision center, etc. i can say on every front, DM Honda is top notch. I cannot say enough about this enterprise. Our go-to man on advice for anything and everything for our Pilot and Cr-V is Gary Opitz in Service. He is without question the most professional and genuine car guy we have ever had the privilege of doing business with. As a 30 yr military vet, stationed in all parts of the country, we have worked with dozens of Honda Reps and i can say he is the best of them!
