AFTER i sent in my survey saying I was completely satisfied I got a call saying they had made a mistake on my deal. It is my fault for not handing them the keys but when i told them I didnt have 300 satisfied I got a call saying they had made a mistake on my deal. It is my fault for not handing them the keys but when i told them I didnt have 3000 MORE to put down on the car they arranged a 3000 credit limit credit card through Capital one and ran the card for the 3000. They did a similar thing to my son only he stood his ground with them and they 'rewrote' his deal but he later found out they pushed through the higher loan. A good atty needs to get ahold of them! More

They do lie to you and they never stop. We purchased a 2019 Titan truck and was promised a step to get in the bed of the truck. Worse company to deal with. More

Very Poor Service I bought my car from them in February of 2015 and in September of last year (2017) someone ran a red light and my car was totaled. I had purchased a 5 I bought my car from them in February of 2015 and in September of last year (2017) someone ran a red light and my car was totaled. I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty when I bought my car and only had it for a little over 2 years so I have almost 2.5 year left on my warranty which I should be refunded for. After everything went through with my insurance and loan company (in December) I went and brought the paper work that was needed and got a confirmation saying I would receive my refund in 30-90 days. I never received it, called and left numerous messages and never got a call back, finally 3 weeks ago (in APRIL) was able to get a hold of someone and they said they didn't know why it wasn't sent, resubmitted it and would be here in 10-14 days. STILL didn't receive it. Called back and they have no idea what is going on. First they say it's supposed to go to the loan company, no...I brought you the paper saying it was paid off. Then they said Oh! It's sitting right here waiting to be mailed out we just need the paperwork saying it's paid and car was totaled. NO...I BROUGHT IT IN DECEMBER. I have been getting good the run around for MONTHS and they will not send the money that they owe me and no one seems to know what they are doing. More

Bad Business Manager Bad business practices!! The salesperson I worked with (DAVE SUTTON) was very professional and courteous. A very relaxing experience, which was not ex Bad business practices!! The salesperson I worked with (DAVE SUTTON) was very professional and courteous. A very relaxing experience, which was not expected. He came up with a deal we could agree on after some healthy haggling. The sales manager signed off on the deal and my wife and I took the deal sheet home to discuss it. I called back to tell Dave let's do the deal, gave him my credit card number for a $500 deposit to hold the car. We established a time to come to the dealership with a cashier's check for the full amount. I received a text later stating another sales manager (GARY NOLAN) didn't like the deal, overrode the signing sales manager and reneged on the deal after money hand been exchanged. I tried to call to talk to (GARY NOLAN), was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and (GARY NOLAN) refused to take my call. This is a very unprofessional way to handle customer. If I can prevent one person from buying a car from Ted Russell Nissan, I've accomplished something. Do not bother with these people, they are who you expect car salesmen to be in the worst way. Mr. Sutton was the exception. More

Not what I wanted!!! I walk into the Ted Russell Nissan dealership on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN with a pre-approval via a Diamond Dealership Partnership between this I walk into the Ted Russell Nissan dealership on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN with a pre-approval via a Diamond Dealership Partnership between this dealership & Capital One. Both Maria Yanni & Austin (in finance) knew I was not at all happy with what I was signing paperwork for. When I attempted to return the vehicle the very next morning to get the vehicle I really wanted, I was told tha t I signed the paperwork, therefore I was stuck with it. Ms. Yanni said "We're not Walmart and don't just turn around and let you bring it right back if you're not happy with it." I have since spoken to Capital One (my finance company) and was told that the dealership could've easily taken t he vehicle back the next morning and could've switched the paperwork/contract to a different vehicle, if they weren't trying to just go for another sale on their record. There was a lot of attitude from Maria Yanni during my ordeal too, especially when she found out I was looking for a different dealership to trade this Nissan in to so that I could be happy with z major purchase that I am stuck making payments on for the next 6 years!! Not happy at azll and I tell everyone what they did. More

Great Service Warren, our sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. Gary, the finance mngr., went above and beyond what I would ever expect a finance mngr. to do. He made absoultly sure we left there with the car we wanted at the monthly payment we also wanted. He was without a doubt the BEST finance person we have ever worked with. More

I purchased a 2011 BMW 550i from Ted Russell Nissan on June 7, 2013. Eric Perkins was the salesperson. There was only one key and no owner’s manual with the vehicle. Eric promised to track down any additional keys and the manual. Tuesday, June 11 – Having not heard from Eric, I called back. He said he had not been able to reach the person at Ted Russell Ford to locate the items, but would that day and call me back immediately. Friday, June 14 – I called back and spoke with Gary Nolan, who had helped facilitate the sale. He promised to have Eric get back in touch with me no later than the following Monday. Tuesday, June 25 – Having not heard back, I called again for Gary, who was on vacation. I ended up speaking for the third time with Eric. He said they were unable to find the items, but that he would call me back with the name of the original owner. That was two weeks ago, and still not word. Not being able to find the items would be unfortunate, but to not respond to four calls is just bad service. I have purchased vehicles within the past four years from Harpers, Grayson, USI Motors and Twin City GMC and had great experiences with each. The sales experience at Ted Russell was less than stellar, but the lack of service after the sell will prevent me for ever buying a car there again. More

Our salesman, Ben, is genuinely friendly and does not use high pressure tactics. We did not want a lot of the higher model options, and we were shown right to the model that had what we wanted (2013 Altima high pressure tactics. The finance mgr, Gary, moved our paperwork right along, but also took the time to explain options to me that I generally don't get (extended warrenty). Daniel Lee went over our delivery and encouraged us to call him with any questions or problems. We came in to take the Altima for a test drive and were able to decide/buy/and leave with the car all in the same night. More
