I am the new family member to BMW and I have the worst experience with Kuni BMW service department service manager. I see he is the MOST not human. I just purchase a 2016 BMW i3 Range Extender and the whe experience with Kuni BMW service department service manager. I see he is the MOST not human. I just purchase a 2016 BMW i3 Range Extender and the wheel lug key missing. I really need to remove and replace if possible, He mention it is $180 for the lug key. I am willing to pay for it but he state on my 1st attempt on friday evening at 5pm, I can understand everyone leaving for the day so no mechanic can do the job. The next day Saturday I come back as a 2nd attempt, he come back out and state you can come back on another day we have no time for you today. I ask if he can help since my tires are bald and need to replace since I already schedule for new tires to put on same day. He state that he can get me in another day and no help at all. I feel a bitter in my mouth. I look up to another BMW dealership, BMW Portland. I arrived and not only I got a pleasant greeting they give me a discount and got the lug key for only $38. You know where I be going from now on for new BMWs and services. KUNI owner, your dealership is a joke and no human soul. I wouldn't review you any star at all but I must put in a 1 star. Very Dissatisfied and would never recommend anyone to your dealership. More
