My F150 2013 has been in their service dept since Jan, I had a problem with something killing my battery, after 2 diagnostic checks On 3/15 they finally got back to me and said that I had a a Crack in my ta had a problem with something killing my battery, after 2 diagnostic checks On 3/15 they finally got back to me and said that I had a a Crack in my tail light that was the issue. Then 2 months later they called me back and said it was a module issue. A month later they called me back and said the module they put in had a recall. A month ago they called again and said that they got the new part in and was putting in, at 10a.m I got that call, they said after they put that part they will call me back by 12, i never received a call. I reached out 3 weeks later to see what was going on, I was called a week later, where I was told that the part is in and something else is going wrong so they need to do another diagnostic which I will be charged for. It's now July 3rd and still no call. Mind u while during all this time I have received 5 calls asking if I wanted to trade in my truck which I have not seen for 7 months. This is jus horrible customer service. More

Very disappointment.😡 I have a Mustang...stereo display went blank so I took it to the dealer.. My service manager told me to replace APIM which was functioning properly and I paid $900 for the APIM..but t went blank so I took it to the dealer.. My service manager told me to replace APIM which was functioning properly and I paid $900 for the APIM..but that didn't work ... =screen was still blank. He told me that they have to keep trying to fix car until they fixed my car and I have to pay each and every services and parts fees. I decided to take my car back but wiper wasn't functioning ..when I asked, they said I have to replace wiper motor... But wiper motor was good , wiper fuse was in wrong place. I found that they just want to replace parts without knowing what is going with a car.. SOUNDS LIKE LOOTING PEOPLE. More

Bought a car that broke 2 days later Sales staff was really nice getting me out the door with a good deal on a bmw 335i. I asked if there were any problems that they would work with me on Sales staff was really nice getting me out the door with a good deal on a bmw 335i. Someone from the dealer called me to see how it was going( very nice) and I told the lady what happened. She said the service manager would call me the next day...nothing heard. Texted and emailed...no return calls or emails. More
