I don't like leaving negative reviews but my experience was not good. Maybe some of the staff had a bad week or was ill or something, but my first visit was an appointment which I'm not sure what the point was not good. Maybe some of the staff had a bad week or was ill or something, but my first visit was an appointment which I'm not sure what the point was since I still had to wait 5 hours just to confirm that the suspected issue was the issue. Then I was supposed to get a call next day to come back to fix the issue, which never happened. I had to call more than once to find out what was going on. I needed the tire they ordered along with my parts on asap before a road trip in less than 48 hours, so I had to go back to at least get my tire on and then schedule a third appointment a week later to fix the issue, since they lost my scheduling, which took another half a day. Fortunately I called before I was supposed to arrive on the 3rd appointment to confirm the time, just to find out that they didn't even have me scheduled, even though I physically scheduled this appointment with a person before leaving! Had I not called I would have driven the 22 mile trip for nothing. Please improve your communication and organization of customer appointments! Thank you. More
