I am from out of state and my Jeep was making a funny noise I stopped in and the young lady that helped me was great ( I have forgotten her name) they did not find anything wrong with the jeep but it di noise I stopped in and the young lady that helped me was great ( I have forgotten her name) they did not find anything wrong with the jeep but it did have a recall they fixed. WORST service experience- ever! They will gouge you, charge unnecessary fees, not fix what you came there for, add on items you don’t need and use a coupon to get you in the door, o They will gouge you, charge unnecessary fees, not fix what you came there for, add on items you don’t need and use a coupon to get you in the door, only to tag on the $50 to your bill in miscellaneous shop fees!!! Management doesn’t care either, don’t bother them with you facts and poor customer experience!? STAT AWAY, no one charges that MUCH and most if not all dealers are more honest and professional!!!
