WOW! !! Doesn't even describe my feelings about Beaver Toyota. After I bought my 3rd Highlander from them there was a misunderstanding on some of the finan !! After I talked to Shelia in one department, I had many questions. She connected me with Seth. Poor Seth had to listen to me fuss. He told me he would check on something and call me back in 5 minutes. Well about 2 minutes later not only was Seth back on the line so was the GM Randy. They listened, cared and solved my problem. Actually they went above and beyond to "WOW" me.
