Purchased a 2024 Sienna and the process couldn’t have been easier. John clearly communicated throughout the whole process and was there to answer any questions I had. We saw Russell exit the building on his way to greet us as we exited our vehicle. Russell was up beat and personable. Inside he was quick to assist us with financing. Russell made sure the car was washed, vacuumed and had a full tank of gas prior to us departing very happy with him and our purchase.
