I started out talking to the dealer I purchased my last new vehicle from. They seem to have short term memory loss each time they reached out to me asking what I was looking for. He is able to sweet talk the dealership into giving you what you want! :) We had ordered/reserved a Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and waited He is able to sweet talk the dealership into giving you what you want! :) We had ordered/reserved a Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and waited 5 months. Gareth communicated updates throughout the whole 5 months. When "our car" finally got here, the wife saw the Nightshade version and wanted that instead. Knowing how limited the availability of the Nightshade version is, we were okay to wait several months more but Gareth was able to find and give us that version within 3 weeks, much to our surprise! Overall he is awesome and we would definitely work with him again if ever we are in the market for another Toyota. More
