My name is Gabrielle Mansour appointment coordinator here at Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in March 2019 bringing with me a diverse background in customer service. I believe that our customers are our #1 priority and we should exhibit the utmost respect to provide them with a positive experience and meet their needs. Being from Columbus I’m a graduate of Fort Hayes as well as Sinclair Community College. I received my degree in social services and business management. Away from work, I enjoy reading, listening to music (my favorite is Michael Jackson’s Thriller album, who doesn’t love this one), and enjoying family time especially with my son Isaiah. My all-time vacation spot is anywhere in California for the beautiful weather and luxurious living. The Toyota Corolla is my favorite model and I look forward to assisting you during your visit.

I arrived for my service appointment at 10:15 am and was met by Mark. Great smile, by the way, as he opened my car door he said I will meet you inside. He got me checked in and told me he would meet me in met by Mark. Great smile, by the way, as he opened my car door he said I will meet you inside. He got me checked in and told me he would meet me inside as soon as the car was finished. I must tell you I was quite surprised when he came back in after maybe 45 minutes or so and told me the car was finished. The tires were rotated they did a visual inspection topped off the fluids and I was ready to hit the road again. Thank you for such great service. More
