My pre-sales experience and sales experience was good. I have no complaints there. But during the process after the sales completed, I had an issue getting my credit checked. I had to unlock my credit eve I have no complaints there. But during the process after the sales completed, I had an issue getting my credit checked. I had to unlock my credit even though I already had a loan approved with my bank. There was an issue still checking my credit. My only complaint there is that finance did not get back to me on whether that was done or not. I had to keep calling in. Other than that everything else is good. More

As soon as we stepped on to the dealership lot we were well greeted. Everyone was so helpful as we searched for a new vehicle with my elderly mother-in-law, especially Gabriel Lopez being so patient and g well greeted. Everyone was so helpful as we searched for a new vehicle with my elderly mother-in-law, especially Gabriel Lopez being so patient and gracious, relentlessly searching for the vehicle and color we wanted, and keeping us constantly updated. He even helped my mother-in-law connect her phone to the new vehicle. Finance manager John Rodis was also very helpful, patient and explained everything thoroughly as we signed the purchase paperwork. Overall, they made the nerve-wracking experience of shopping for a new car much easier. Much thanks! More

My salesperson was awesome in showing me the various vehicles and options. I truly feel I left with the vehicle that I want and need.
