I got a great deal and it was the quickest/least stressful buying experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. Jeff in finance was great as well, and very helpful! I was actually toured around the dealership and met Steve in service…white glove experience. Gabe and his team even swapped my Tonneau bed cover to my new truck while I was in finance so that I didn’t have to come back to do it later. Fantastic experience! If you’re considering buying a GM product…I strongly recommend visiting TransWest, and asking for Gabe Molina…you will be impressed! More

Gabe made what used to be a very painful process into one that was no pressure and no hard up selling. He was outgoing and super chill. You want it, great, you don't, cool. Nice to not feel like a salesma that was no pressure and no hard up selling. He was outgoing and super chill. You want it, great, you don't, cool. Nice to not feel like a salesman is slamming your head onto the hood making you buy a car like the old days. Ok, maybe extreme, but I've been to a few places in the past where it was stupid high pressure to make you buy and hidden fees and upcharges as a bonus....and they would hold your keys to your trade hostage as well! Yeah, you know what I'm talking about....but, not here. We didn't buy the same day we test drove but once we pulled the trigger the next day everything was handled online and via text so all the paperwork was set before we came in to sign everything. No more all day experience to buy a truck. Keep it up, this is how buying should be. This is my second purchase from Transwest, I hope I am not back soon, but if so, I know who is first on my list to call. More
