We are very pleased with our service representative Gabe. He keeps us updated on our vehicle and is always professional. We just had one of our four vehicles in for repair and new tires. I was very displease He keeps us updated on our vehicle and is always professional. We just had one of our four vehicles in for repair and new tires. I was very displeased when Gabe informed us that there is now a 2% additional fee if you use a credit card. This alone will have me looking to alternative GM service centers. Prices are high enough with out adding on a fee for how you choose to pay for your service. More
