I found the truck online and traveled 35 miles to see it. Truck was nice but had some body damage that needed repair. This was the deal breaker. Had to get the Sales Mgr to agree to fix and then we would hav Truck was nice but had some body damage that needed repair. This was the deal breaker. Had to get the Sales Mgr to agree to fix and then we would have a deal. Things were rushed and damage was put in writing that I signed without double checking (my fault)!! Had to wait almost three weeks to finally opick up the car which I was told would be totally gone through and everything working. Not the case. Had to have back left housing replaced and the power lock fixed. This should have been noticed before the car was ready. No one seemed to care about the customer other than saying they will fix it. Make appointment with Service to get fixed. I've been in the Service industry all my life and have never witnessed this type of Service where the Customer should be #1. The one person that did his job well was the Service Advisor Philipe Cruz. Was very customer friendly and accommodating. Finally had to go back and get my lock fixed today. He made me priority and was in and out very quickly. Oh well, just another day in Paradise. Good luck in all your future endeavors!!! More
