I have purchased a vehicle at BMW dealership on April 22nd, 2024. The service had exceeded all expectations, excellent environment. I recently purchased a used Audi S5 convertible from this dealership. At first everything seemed fine. I noticed at the dealership that the front camera was blurry. I thought it was just dirty so I didn't th dealership. At first everything seemed fine. I noticed at the dealership that the front camera was blurry. I thought it was just dirty so I didn't think anything of it. Once I got home, upon further inspection I noticed the camera lens was cracked. I reached back out and asked if they would repair this item. They refused. I replied that they sold this vehicle that they knew to have a defect. They replied that when they have off brand vehicles that come in, they check for safety and functionality. "We have not the internal means to check an Audi as they do a BMW. This all being said, a crack like this can be many times overlooked and it is not a direct threat to safety and drivability." I'm not sure of their reconditioning standards when this misses their notice. I know wonder if they missed this issue, is the rest of the vehicle safe? I sent pictures of the issues to no avail. If I could attach the pictures to show the safety issue I would. I drove over 2 hours to purchase this vehicle and this experience showed me that this was a mistake on my part. If you are looking for a dealership that is meticulous about used vehicles and their condition, takes responsibility for their vehicles, and wants to treat their customers the right way, please avoid this dealership. Learn from my expensive mistake. More
