Ok sales service. . didnt really offer any special services or oil changes. They did get me the car I liked from the extra storage area it was located it. However, when delivered, they literally just ran it through the carwash... not even dried. I paid for a brand new vehicle... I could see the micro scratches the carwash did on the paint. Even worse, the the windows had some dark yellow hue... Went inside and it was dirty from the inside! Surprised the salesmen delivered it to me like this so dirty.. had to clean it myself from the inside.. it was horrible. Dont expect them to give you a clean vehicle or have the decency to prep it after you buy it... More

They listened to me. I needed to buy a new car right away and I came in knowing what I was looking for. German listened to what I was looking for and only focused on that I needed to buy a new car right away and I came in knowing what I was looking for. German listened to what I was looking for and only focused on that, not trying to steer me to something else. This is the second Outback I've purchased from Lithia Subaru (the first when it was still Reno Subaru), and both times I've happy with the outcome. More
