They fired an amazing service director John Fetterman with the new ownership. In fact they changed s a rice director multiple times since. They jacked up the transmission flush from $199 to $299. The level of customer service has declined to a need improvement, some of the representatives attitudes are so unfriendly. They will avoid making eye contact to keep from assisting you.
