Long time customer I have been dealing with Southern for many years. I have purchased about 15 vehicles from them. Sales manager rude Even when shown an exact trim of another vehicle the sales manager was not willing to negotiate the price of the used vehicle we bought. He was insult Even when shown an exact trim of another vehicle the sales manager was not willing to negotiate the price of the used vehicle we bought. He was insulting to my son in law who was buying the car. The finance guy was great and friendly and even commented on the managers attitude with us. I have bought cars from southern VW and never expected to be treated the way we were. It’s a week later and they still don’t have the paperwork right and now they want us to pay another $800 because they got the payoff wrong on our trade in. Terrible service so far More
