Specifically, he diminished me in front of other customers, which was both embarrassing and degrading. Also said you will be waiting here and I won’t attend to you so stay here all day if you want. He made dismissive remarks about my inquiries and spoke to me in a condescending tone, leaving me feeling humiliated.” Moreover, his overall demeanor was disrespectful on multiple levels, which goes against the core values of customer service and professionalism I expected from a reputable dealership like Honda of Paramus. The incident not only ruined my experience but also left me questioning whether my business was valued. I believe it is important for employees to treat all customers with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. I hope that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure that no other customer has to endure a similar experience.
