I had a great experience with the team at Lake Chevrolet. Everyone was very helpful--answering all my questions, explaining my options on different vehicles, offering flexibility with purchasing my new car. Everyone was very helpful--answering all my questions, explaining my options on different vehicles, offering flexibility with purchasing my new car. I did not feel pressured or hounded by sales representatives at Lake, unlike other dealerships I visited. They got to know me, as a vehicle owner, and established a great relationship that will carry through until I'm ready for another vehicle, 10+ years down the road. More

Bought the truck and got 40 miles from the dealership and engine light came on. Called salesman, said to take it to any dealer that honors carbravo warranty. Find a dealer an hour and a half north and take i engine light came on. Called salesman, said to take it to any dealer that honors carbravo warranty. Find a dealer an hour and a half north and take it up there . Bad coolant bypass valve but its covered under the factory warranty the truck still has so we could have taken it to our local dealer 10 mins away. The finance guy never said it had a factory warranty, probably because he was trying so hard to sell me an extended warranty. So the dealer that fixed it wondered how they could even sell the truck in this shape. No recent oil change, 30% fuel filter life, 10% air filter life, open recall that was never resolved, and the best part………aftermarket level kit that was improperly installed and the bolts of which have chewed through the cv axle boots on both sides. So thats a $2000 repair that no warranty company will cover because it was caused by an improperly installed aftermarket part. Needless to say Im not happy, something like this should have been found during the presale inspection. Update: so Matt in sales contacted me and we set up a time to bring the truck back. They ran it through their shop and rectified the situation and did an inspection on the vehicle. At this point I am satisfied and glad they stepped up to the plate. Still irritated that the first 2 weeks we had the truck it was in a shop the whole time bit its all about how you deal with a problem and how they handled it says alot about their dealership More
