This dealership cuts no corners when it comes to ensuring the customer's experience is as stress-free as possible. You don't just get a quick "how was your experience?" at the end of the purchase when everything is squared away. Every staff member I interacted with throughout the process made sure to ask if everything was moving along okay and if there was anything else I needed. I've been getting a lot of crap from another dealership trying to cancel my purchase (because obviously I went with Toyota), and Javier has never been too busy to help verify whether the other dealership's threats are empty or actually have any truth to them. Not only that, but he's been advising me on how he'd handle each situation. Bottom line: Javier and the rest of the staff I worked with shoot straight, and I suggest any customers reading this do the same. More

This was by far the most easy going pleasant experience I have ever had. Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable. He already had the vehicle running for me to test drive. He explained all the details of the Rav4 to me. He was very easy to talk with and not not pushy at all. I told him exactly what i need and wanted and he understood and took care of my needs. I usually hate going to the dealership. You spend forever there with pushy sales people trying to sell you everything but the kitchen sink. Not here.
