We stopped in because we knew we were picking between 2 cars and wanted to test drive. Once we test drove it we let them know we had a busy day ahead and prefer to do everything via email to get a final number. We agreed on the number and came in and they were getting everything ready to do. We spent about 1 hour at the dealership once we agreed on the sale. We couldn't ask for a smoother process and appreciate the value of our time as we were shopping with three kids. More
