Sales person Fred Vinciguerra was really a nice laid back sales guy, not used to that at all, usually they are pushy and annoying, but Fred was a very knowledgeable, laid back sales person. So i was very pleased with Fred Vinciguerra. Dave Smith was our finance manager, Dave explained all of our options and made us feel very comfortable, again first time that has happened to to me buying a car. I guess the more experinced guys Like Fred and Dave know what it takes to make the customer feel satisfed with there purchase. Dave Smith and Fred Vincinguerra were able to sell me a Malibu because they gave me what i needed for an affordable price and thats what it takes to make a customer happy.
