Fred and Adrian were fantastic to work with. They were both courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. I really appreciated their no pressure approach and seemed genuinely interested in my needs. It was extremely busy as it was a Saturday, so my wait time to get into finance was lengthy but expected. Additionally, Adrian took the time to make sure my new car was spotless upon final inspection. It is obvious he cares deeply about customer satisfaction. More
