My Salesperson Fred Rudd was phenomenal, and my entire experience from start to finish was very professional, efficient and pleasant! I drove from two hours away with my wife and kiddos to buy my Subaru f experience from start to finish was very professional, efficient and pleasant! I drove from two hours away with my wife and kiddos to buy my Subaru from Fred and Flatirons Subaru and I wasn't disappointed by my elevated experience with them. I highly recommend Fred Rudd and Flatirons Subaru: they actually exceeded my expectations and provided a family friendly and stress free process from start to finish. Thank you guys! More

Kyle was super quick and thorough with my paperwork. Whole process was very stress free and even relaxing. He basically makes car buying a easy conversation. Everyone is wary of the "used car purchase" and all of the stereotypes that go with that. How wonderful then, to meet Fred, who's quiet expertise and laid back style make feel like that friend you know (a the stereotypes that go with that. How wonderful then, to meet Fred, who's quiet expertise and laid back style make feel like that friend you know (and need) that loves cars and will provide honest feedback (without giving you a biased/cross-selling vibe). Fred is a good listener, happened to be looking for the same type of used car and was able to work with my family to set up some test drives which proved really helpful in helping us figure out which make and model was the right car. I so appreciate Fred's no pressure, consistent/objective feedback that really felt like it was coming from a sincere place. Fred is a pro salesman, with much knowledge and a nice, friendly approach. For someone anticipating high pressure/hidden agenda tactics, Fred exceeded expectations and proved to be a very good human being. I will come back to Flatiron Subaru again, just based on this very positive experience. More

Stay away from this place, I made an appointment to buy a car for my son, we were asked to be at the dealership at 5, we showed up an Zachary Beck was a no show, waited for 30 min until a different sales per car for my son, we were asked to be at the dealership at 5, we showed up an Zachary Beck was a no show, waited for 30 min until a different sales person came out and said the car was gone since early in the day, managers were a no show either, a polite sales person came and Fred Rudd became our new sales guy, we left a deposit for a car with hail damage and a need for a new bumper, I agreed to the price as the car had recently arrived (apparently) Fred asked me for a $500 deposit and put pressure by saying “there was some one else wanting to buy the car“, the next day they told me that the car had major issues and asked me to check with my mechanic on a list of stuff given to me that was found, the work needed was for over $4,500, plus hail damage and new bumper, Fred Rudd said $1,000 would be reduced from the price after knowing the car needed $4,500, plus hail damage plus a bumper, then Fred put pressure by saying “someone else wanted to buy the car”, a real scam, they kept my deposit for two weeks until I decided to call their accounting department after several attempts, once they saw I was pushing into legal ways to get my money back, they refunded the money within minutes. Unprofessional and fishy transactions, stay away! More

Honest, Helpful, Awesome Customer Service I just bought a 2019 Ascent and Fred, my trusty Suby salesman made the experience really fun and easy. I never felt pressured into buying products or I just bought a 2019 Ascent and Fred, my trusty Suby salesman made the experience really fun and easy. I never felt pressured into buying products or upgrades I don't need and he really took the time to actually know me and my personal car needs and match that with a car that really fits my lifestyle. I felt like I really had a friend and transparent advisor in the process that wanted to help me find a great car for me. I've already recommended him to my close friends that are looking into upgrading their current cars and know they will be in good hands! More

Kindest and most honest car buying experience. I used to be a loyal Saturn owner. I started with a used SC2, upsized to and SL1, upgraded to an Ion Quadcoupe, and then upsized to a Vue. I loved the I used to be a loyal Saturn owner. I started with a used SC2, upsized to and SL1, upgraded to an Ion Quadcoupe, and then upsized to a Vue. I loved the employees in the Saturn sales department. I fully trusted and appreciated the honesty and respect I was shown by the Saturn service department. I said I USED TO BE a loyal Saturn owner. I have changed my loyalty to Subaru. The salesman, Fred Rudd, was straightforward with all of the features, the incentives, and what was unnecessary to spend money on. Fred showed me the ins and outs of the safety features and electronic package in the car. And then he hooked me up with a finance specialist who showed me the Subaru-recommended warranty packages. She let me read through them, and then told me which pieces out of the packages were worthwhile and which were not. She let me customize a package to suite me needs, accordingly. She was patient with me as I asked her to calculate the difference in a 4-year versus a 5-year loan, and what difference a larger down payment would make on my monthly payment. It is my intent that this car last me for a very long time! I am now a highly satisfied and very loyal Subaru customer. Thank you! More
