He showed us a Jeep that was perfect for us and made the decision an easy one. Alissa the owner was so nice and genuine she made us feel like family, one who truly cares about her customers. All was great until the end and it all went sour. It was such a shame that the dealership had no desire to remedy what was in fact their error in math.
