Worst Buyer experience ever, and I mean EVER, due to their unscrupulous behavior and dishonesty to the point of actually preparing a FAKE DEALER DOCUMENT to close a deal. We were out of state buyers from Oregon, which does not have sales tax. When we purchased our Lexus GX460 on July 4, 2025 we were required to pay the Florida sales tax, but Fred Carey (slimeball Salesman) and Jorge Leon (even slimier Finance Manager) both collaborated in creating a fake dealership document that they purported would provide reimbursement of the Florida Sales Tax once the vehicle was licensed and registered in Oregon (the licensing and registration process was completed by the dealership). Well, 3 months later and no tax reimbursement, and they won't answer or return phone calls or e-mails. Attempts to discuss the issue with the Sales Manager, Andre Armani, elicits nothing more that banal platitudes, which indicates to me that the Dealership Management actually CONDONES, PROMOTES and SUPPORTS the use of fake documents as typical business practice. There's sufficient detail provided above to clearly show that this is a legitimate, substantive complaint. You've been warned, DO NOT patronize Lexus of Pembroke Pines as they have NO INTEGRITY and will flat out LIE to close a deal. And although my dealings were limited to the Sales staff, if this level of corruption and lies are condoned by Management, then it would be prudent to assume that the entire dealership is equally unethical and amoral. Lexus of Pembroke gets a "1-star" ONLY because that is the lowest rating allowed, because they definitely earned a substantially lower rating. More
