I would love to call and discuss this if I could get through to you. I feel that it is necessary to mention that the other diagnosis in addition to the bosse plate was about my front suspension steering. However, when the work was finished, nothing on the paperwork stated anything about these problems. On the paperwork, it was stated that certain things were recommended but was declined, such as replacing the wiper blades, injec flush and TBI SVC, brake flush, cooling system flush and replacing the air filter. None of these things were recommended or mentioned to me at all. The only thing that was mentioned by the service agent was about the bosse plate and the front suspension steering, which the agent printed out a diagram per my request. It is for those reasons that I am uncertain if what I was told was true, because if so, it would have been included in the final paperwork and not something that was never mentioned or recommended. My phone number is in the records and you may feel free to reach out me if you are truly serious about discussing this. I am not saying that another dealership would treat me any differently but I would not feel comfortable bringing my car there again. I feel that it is unprofessional and shows a lack of empathy to have a senior citizen leave unsure and distrustful of the analysis of her vehicle, and especially if it was for the sake of making more money.
