I was impressed when Frankie Guzman walked out of the service area to me at the toll truck bring my car in for service. Service Technician talks to you directly, came in to pick up and have programed a missing Key Fob from new Wagoneer S 4XE. Had appointment for this, they called the Service Technician, Frankie Guzman and h up and have programed a missing Key Fob from new Wagoneer S 4XE. Had appointment for this, they called the Service Technician, Frankie Guzman and he greeted me, told me how long it would take to program the new key. I told him I would be in the finance department to pay the balance due on the car. Frankie said he would come to the finance department and keep up updated on the service. Later he came to the waiting room I was in, gave me the new Key Fob and told me where in parked my car. Outstanding service, very few times that I can remember when I dealt directly with the service tech, I really appreciate working with someone who cares about the customer. More
