Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

This is only the second time in my life I’ve bought a brand-new vehicle—and just like the first with my Tundra, my wife and I went straight to Frankie for our 2025 Sienna XSE. Even though we live near Plattsburgh, we’re more than happy to take the ferry and drive an hour to Heritage Toyota because we know we’ll be treated right. I am a person that does not want to waste anybody's time and have anybody waste mine. I told him this since day one and he was awesome and accommodating. The little things that can mount up to hours in a de and have anybody waste mine. I told him this since day one and he was awesome and accommodating. The little things that can mount up to hours in a dealership he took care of via emails and phone calls. He sits back and listens to your needs and adapts to what you ask of him. Definitely a great salesperson. BTW total time at the dealer from first contact to having the keys in my hands was less than 2.5 hours with everything he did backstage. AWESOME! More
