Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

We had a great experience with Jerry at Heritage Toyota. In addition, the dealership's finance team stayed late - estim 7:30pm - to finalize our loan and finalize our ability to drive home our new Tundra that very same evening!! Meanwhile, while we were with finance, Joe helped clean out and transfer our personal items from our trade in vehicle to our new truck!
