Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

Frankie was outstanding! He was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and went above and beyond with his customer service throughout the entire car buying experience. We had visited 4 other dealerships in the week prior to coming to Heritage and working with Frankie. He was hands down the best salesperson we met with. Most importantly, we felt like he was genuine, honest and trustworthy. That can be very hard to come by these days so you should do everything you can to keep him on your staff. I don't enjoy car shopping, but Frankie and Heritage made it as pleasant as possible. I felt like they listened to my needs and arranged a deal that would work for both parties. When I first walked into Heritage Toyota, I was greeted by Frankie who was friendly, enthusiastic and a good listener. I was desperately looking for a Corolla Cross for months. I ended up contacting 5 Toyota dealership in the state of Vermont, and had callbacks from all the dealerships. All the voicemails, and conversations I ended up contacting 5 Toyota dealership in the state of Vermont, and had callbacks from all the dealerships. All the voicemails, and conversations I experience with every salesman told me I had to wait over 6 to 8 months just for this vehicle, but Heritage Toyota gave me a estimate of 3 to 4 months. This was when I ended up getting a appointment with a sales representative name Frankie Candido. I'm a type of person who doesn't like wasting time or feel like getting pushed into a deal. I knew what I wanted, and Frankie didn't go on trying to sell me a different vehicle, or any add on service plans for the vehicle I wanted. He did not push me at all, and absolutely made me feel 100% comfortable. All the paperworks was short, simple and smooth. I highly recommend Frankie if you're indecisive, have anxiety or Agoraphobia. I personally have all three. There is nothing worse than a sales representative who desperately try so hard just to sell you a vehicle when you have conditions like this. I experience this many times with other dealerships, and it never worked. Frankie on the other hand.. well here I am with my brand new vehicle, and he made it happen a lot sooner than expected. He absolutely conquered. Thanks Heritage Toyota! Especially you Frankie!. More

Frankie was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and my daughters who wasn't ready to buy yet. Then when we bought the car he sat with us and showed us all the new features we were not familiar with and my daughters who wasn't ready to buy yet.
